A graduate of Thomas Jefferson University, Shelby (she/her/hers) is a narrative-based and systemically trained marriage and family therapist who believes that we all have a unique and important story to tell. With a curious mind and an open heart, she strives to create a warm, supportive and safe environment through humor and trust.
Shelby specializes in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, ADHD and disordered eating. She enjoys empowering people who struggle with executive functioning with tips and tricks to make life easier. She welcomes individuals of all ages and enjoys working with teens and young adults navigating life transitions. Shelby is an LGBTQIA+ friendly clinician.
Shelby also specializes in working with couples struggling with intimacy, sexual dysfunction, communication difficulties and infidelity. If you and your partner are seeking strengthened connection, trust and understanding, therapy can provide you with concrete tools and interventions to create meaningful and positive change.
