Hi, I'm Danielle Costanzo (she/her) and I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist who works collaboratively with adults, children, couples, and families. My approach is honest, nonjudgmental, and prioritizes building authentic connections with clients. With genuine warmth, compassion, and humor, I create a safe environment to both support and challenge you.
I use a systemic approach to help you gain insight into the impact of your relationships–with your family, your communities, and most importantly, with yourself. Through integrating a variety of different therapeutic modalities, I tailor treatment to your needs and what would be most effective in helping you reach your goals.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from Temple University and later pursued my Master of Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Sex Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. I have successfully worked with diverse populations of all ages, abilities, ethnicities, sexualities, and socioeconomic statuses. I specialize in helping clients navigate complex relationships as well as individual, relational, and family transitions.
My favorite part of being a therapist is being able to celebrate my clients' wins and being a consistent presence through the ups and downs of their lives. My personal and professional experiences have fueled my conviction that no matter how hopeless or challenging things can seem, there is always potential for healing and positive change. In my free time, I can be found at my favorite place in the world: the dog beach.
