Location: Philadelphia/Hybrid and/or West Chester/Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and/or families helping them achieve their therapeutic goals.
Use evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to each client’s unique experience
Coordinate and schedule clients for their therapy sessions.
Bill clients for their sessions in alignment with practice policies.
Work with a diverse population
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards.
Requirements:
Warm, down-to-earth, non-judgmental, open to learning
Licensed professional preferred: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD (pre-licensed professionals may also apply).
Specialized training in couples therapy modalities (e.g., EFT, RLT, Gottman, etc.) preferred
Experience working with diverse relationship structures.
Active license to practice therapy or counseling in the state of PA (multiple state licenses are a bonus).
Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
Empathy, a nonjudgmental attitude, and a collaborative spirit to enhance our team of clinicians
Salary: W2 position with benefits for full-time employees.
